Yes. The site and your domain are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over the code and the domain.
You don't need to. Send us a request and we make it, so the site never breaks from an accidental edit.
Updating text, photos, hours, prices, team bios, or adding a page from an existing layout. New layouts or redesigns are quoted separately.
Major redesigns or new sections, large new features or custom development, and copywriting, photography or video unless you add one of our packages.
We tell you when to expect each change when you send it. Larger requests get a timeline with their quote. On Growth, your requests go to the front of the queue.
Plans continue month to month after a short setup period. We'll walk you through the terms on your consultation call.
No. We're based in Northern Virginia and work with small businesses across Virginia, DC, Maryland and beyond. Consultations and design sessions work just as well over video.
Yes. We can work with a domain you already own, or register and manage one for you.
No. Our media package covers a brand video, social clips and graphics, and the same shoot can produce photos for your site.
Yes. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at your domain, for up to 5 mailboxes, is included with Standard and Growth and $99 one time on Essential. Moving old email over is quoted separately.
